The couple are immediately drawn to each other and an affair begins. They cook up a scheme to murder Mr. Dietrichson for life insurance money with a double indemnity clause. Unfortunately, all does not go to plan...

Holly Martins, an out of work pulp fiction novelist, arrives in a post war Vienna where a shortage of supplies has lead to a flourishing black market. He arrives at the invitation of an ex-school friend, Harry Lime, who has offered him a job, only to discover that Lime has recently died in a peculiar traffic accident. Events take a sinister turn and soon Martins finds himself caught up in a dangerous conspiracy.

Richard Hannay is a Canadian visitor to London. At the end of Mr Memory's show in a music hall, he meets Annabella Smith who is running away from secret agents. He accepts to hide her in his flat, but in the night she is murdered. Fearing he could be accused on the girl's murder, Hannay goes on the run to break the spy ring.

The Foreign Legion marches in to Mogador with booze and women in mind just as singer Amy Jolly arrives from Paris to work at Lo Tinto's cabaret. That night, insouciant legionnaire Tom Brown catches her inimitably seductive, tuxedo-clad act. The two edge cautiously into a no-strings relationship but Tom must leave on a perilous mission: is it too late for them?

This is a story of one man’s wife and another woman’s husband, that could never happen to you. For you’ve never lived a lifetime in one Brief Encounter. This is the story of Alec Harvey and Laura Jessons and the life lived in the commuter section of a railway station.

Set in a mundane world of railway stations, semi-detached houses and inexpensive cafes, a respectable suburban housewife has a chance meeting with a handsome married doctor, their friendship becomes romance, but they feel the pressures of convention pulling their relationship apart.

A ship is discovered adrift off the English coast, its crew missing, its murdered captain lashed to the wheel, and its only passenger is a sinister black dog that disappears into the night. The only cargo on this ghost ship -- fifty boxes of earth. The game is afoot, and Sherlock Holmes, aided as ever by the faithful Dr. Watson, finds himself on the trail of no mortal enemy, but the arch-vampire himself -- Count Dracula.

Sir Roger Baskerville is found dead one night, a look of mortal terror frozen on his face. Locals say, the legendary Hound of the Baskervilles has returned, and is stalking the moors of Dartmoor once again. Holmes and Watson must solve the mystery before the new lord of the manor falls victim to the curse of the Baskervilles.

The Musgrave Ritual

The Adventure of The Musgrave Ritual -
A Sherlock Holmes Mystery

Performed and recorded on the 15th of November 2006 @ The Ramshorn Theatre, Glasgow

Sherlock Holmes and Dr. John Watson are brought to Hurlstone Manor by Reginald Musgrave to look into the disappearance of his butler, Brunton. Various clues (a crumpled piece of paper, a brass key, a peg of wood with string attached) suggest that Brunton's disappearance is somehow related to the "Musgrave ritual," an arcane practice compelling young Musgrave family members to recite an odd riddle that might have to do with buried treasure.

It's thrilling . . . it's chilling . . . it's the most baffling mystery story in years !

Sam Spade is a partner in a private-eye firm who finds himself hounded by police when his partner is killed whilst tailing a man. The girl who asked him to follow the man turns out not to be who she says she is, and is really involved in something to do with the 'Maltese Falcon', a gold-encrusted life-sized statue of a falcon, the only one of its kind.
